Get in on the ground floor of a fast-growing company with a ton of potential! ConstructionWindows.com is one of the first e-commerce companies in the nation to sell windows online. We are looking to expand our team of Window Experts as we continue to increase sales. We currently sell Milgard Windows and Doors into 6 states, a territory larger than any other Milgard dealer.
The ideal candidate will have industry knowledge, whether it be from installation and service or within the office and sales. If you have installation experience and are looking to get into an office setting – we want you!
Our business model revolves around the customer experience and providing the highest level of customer service possible. We have a full e-commerce solution allowing customers to buy Milgard Windows and Doors instantly, as well as provide quotes over the phone, email, or from building plans. This position is geared towards individuals with an advanced knowledge in this industry that can answer more complex questions, and help with quotes and orders that originate outside of the e-commerce platform.
Duties:
- Assist customers with technical information about windows via email and phone
- Learn Milgard Windows & Doors product knowledge – with such a vast territory, we must know all aspects of Milgard product
- Quote customers projects and process paperwork appropriately
- Building plan take offs
Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the window and door industry
- Milgard product knowledge is a plus
- Building Plan reading experience is a plus
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new applications
- Confident and friendly phone presence
- Obsession for details and accuracy
- Creative and proactive approach to problem solving
Pay: $20 – $30 per hour DOE
