Smartlift US is searching for sales professionals to expand its presence in the US, especially in the Florida, Georgia and Southern California regions



The job:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a technical background and commercial know-how. You will work independently to build a client base in your region, enjoying a great deal of freedom and opportunity for you to shape the position and challenge your excellent sales skills.


Demonstrating Smartlift US´s products is the most important aspect in the sales process. Therefore, we are seeking a sales representative with good technical insight, the ability to discern the customers’ needs, and a high comfort level with a hands-on approach to sales.


  • Identify new customers within the business of glass and glazing.
  • Actively develop brand awareness in your own sales area.
  • Effectively collaborate with Smartlift US colleagues and other business partners.
  • Provide regular business updates to the President of Smartlift
  • Submit timely and accurate monthly (expenses, car allowances, restaurants, etc.).
  • Provide timely and accurate pipeline reports as required.

Your professional profile and personal requirements:


Looking for a person with a minimum of 5 years sales experience in the machine- or glass industry preferably with an extensive network of key players in this industry and knowledge of the market. We expect you to be a strong salesperson, who pursues both short- and long-term goals.

Overall, Smartlift US is interested in the following professional skills:

  • Solid business understanding.
  • Documented results with sale or rental of machines for the building industry and experience in sales of pioneer products.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of talking to customers at all levels.
  • Seasoned negotiation skills.
  • Persistent, loyal and true to one’s word. Able to work independently and capable of handling freedom within
  • Be an experienced traveler who thrives on new opportunities.
