We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Management professional to lead a Glass fabrication/tempering/assembly facility in the Greater Charlotte, NC Area. Demonstrated success with employee relations/safety, product quality, continuous improvement for efficiency & cost improvements and on-time delivery are key.
Knowledge of various manufacturing processes such as cutting, glass tempering/ovens, assembly and packaging would be a strong asset.
