True View Windows and Glass is seeking full-time Window Installers, Shower and Heavy Glass Installers, and Commercial Glaziers to support our teams in both Phoenix, Arizona and Denver, Colorado. We are looking for dependable team players who have at least 2 years of experience (preferred) as an installer / glazier in a residential or commercial environment.

Responsibilities Include:

· Accurately measure for windows, doors, glass, mirrors, showers.

· Identify glass types, thicknesses, colors, etc.

· Install and/or repair windows and sliding glass doors.

· Identify parts needed to correctly perform the work.

· Be able to work off a ladder or scaffolding.

· Load and verify materials needed for daily route.

· Maintain product knowledge and learn new products as they become available.

· Clean all work areas to “better than arrival” company standards.

· Install products as required while maintaining safety standards.

· Accurately measure and identify products as needed: i.e. glass types, thicknesses, colors, frame materials and parts.

· Inspect work and correct errors when needed.

· Communicate effectively with field supervisor, office staff and customers.

· Remove and dispose of waste from jobsite.

· Caulk professionally.

Required Qualifications

· Pass a background and drug test.

· Clean driving record with a valid driver’s license.

· Minimum of two years’ experience installing or servicing residential windows and showers.

· Be dependable, on time, have excellent customer service skills.

· Ability to lift 50+ pounds.

· Able to work overtime as needed.

· Ability to problem solve and effectively resolve conflicts.

· Must be self-motivated and have strong time management skills.
