McKinney Glass is seeking full-time and part-time Glaziers, Caulkers, and Shop Technicians to support our teams statewide. As we continue our growth, we are seeking dependable team players, that are also looking to excel and grow with us. One years experience in the industry is preferred, but McKinney offers the ability to teach and train to help anyone new to the industry that has the willing attitude to learn.

Glazier Responsibilities:

· Have experience with basic hand, power, and glazing tools

· Measure and install various types of storefront systems

· Accurately measure for re-glazes, mirrors, showers, etc.

· Knowledge of storefront, curtainwall, monolithic interior glass, etc.

· Identify glass types, thicknesses, colors, etc.

· Identify parts needed to correctly perform the work

· Be able to work off a ladder or scaffolding

· Load and verify materials needed for daily route

· Remove and dispose of old storefront systems, glass, etc.

· Caulk professionally

· Leave each jobsite in a better condition than you found it

Required Qualifications:

· Pass a drug test

– Preferred Valid Drivers License and/or reliable transportation to and from work

· Be dependable, on time, have excellent communication skills

· Ability to lift 50+ pounds throughout the workday

· Able to work overtime as needed

· Ability to problem solve and effectively resolve conflicts

· Must be self-motivated and have strong time management skills
